We've been by this place so many times but have never stopped in. On a planned bakery exploring trip, this was one of our first stops. We stepped into the business and were overwhelmed by the decisions we'd have to make. I told the employee, "One of everything." And we nearly did. I recommend the peanut butter cup cookie, if you're a PB fan. Several types of cinnamon rolls, both with and without raisins. Donuts, cakes, muffins. Savory items as well. Oh and coffee.
This home town feeling type of establishment welcome's you with open arms and treats you like you are family. Love the food and the staff and great ownership made me feel like I was at home. Eat donuts ever! I grew up here. Live in AZ now. Come to North Bend for a few weeks every summer and basically live off North Bend Bakery donuts. Favs are maple bars, croinuts and Apple fritter. Seriously AMAZING! Don’t miss this place. Get some amazing food here. Apple cinnamon bread is really awesome and makes great french toast.
This might be the best bakery I've been to! Wide selection of treats; quiches, croissants, multi layer cakes, bars, donuts, cookies, breads, special packages of goodies at holidays, and all are so tasty! Trust me, I can never buy just 1 item so have tasted many! 😋 Highly recommend
I wish I had taken a photo of our delicious maple bar… but we inhaled it. Absolutely delicious!!! We have already decided to make this a regular stop on our many trips between the West and East side.
This sweet bakery is a little gem. The classic, inviting storefront door chimes a welcoming bell as you enter and the comforting smell of baking dough prepares you to make your choice of savory or sweet treat. We chose a blueberry donut and almond croissant - both delicious, though my croissant was particularly satisfying. The bakery cases are not huge but seem to have just the right amount of variety - cookies of all sizes and flavors, donuts, pastries, pies, and savory choices. A loaf of their apple bread caught my attention and we decided to take one to go. This ended up being my husband's favorite. The gal at the counter was kind and helpful. This seemed to be popular with the locals. About 10 customers came in during the 20 minutes we were there! The atmosphere had a vintage flair with the checkered floor and hand painted walls. This was a charming stop and a lovely little local business to support. We’ll be back!
First time in, vibes were imacculant the lady working was amazing 🥹 Our donuts? Nice and fluffy. 10/10. Beware of the animal cookie donut with a scoop of snickerdoodle cookie dough in the middle. Toddlers = obsessed! Thank you! 🙏
DELICIOUS! Stopped in on our trip and had the Giant Cinnamon roll, a HUGE rumball and Almond pastry and everything was fantastic! I was excited to see they opened at 7 am today before our flight and we grabbed 2 more Massive cinnamon rolls with that yummy topping and cake like large donut! Thank you to the super nice girls that work there!
We were on a road trip and needed some coffee and sugar to spice things up. We truly enjoy supporting local businesses and were grateful to find this amazing place. My husband is not famous for calling anything "delightful" but that was his description of his coffee. That is super high praise and well deserved as mine was also a perfect blend of coffee and flavored syrups. There was such an amazing assortment of baked goods ranging from sweet to savory and it was really hard to decide what to order. Hubby ordered a blueberry coffee cake that he found to be perfectly moist and light. The staff were very patient with me as I changed my mind a couple of times. Finally, I ordered a ham and cheese "bun" that was a truly delicious sweet bread. It was meant to be for later that day but only made it down the road a short distance. Lol. North Bend is a beautiful place to stop and stretch your legs. The North Bend Bakery is the perfect place to fill your belly and enjoy the local flavor and hospitality!
